msbillye61 Please return the purse immediately to me. 1 star?? Extreme exaggeration. There is some discoloration on one side of purse disclosed in listing. That is all. Purse is still in good condition. Return it. Very upset with buyer.

chanelluna2 I’m not upset with you but I think you should check the purse there is fading not just on the back of purse but the straps and on the round straps is not clean inside is just what I see I don’t think saying what I see is an exaggeration I will send it back on Wednesday thank you for you understanding

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 Poshmark has told me since you accepted delivery no refund can be given? They know the full circumstances. Not sure how to resolve this.

chanelluna2 @msbillye61 I pay $30 dollars for shipping on top of $the 130 for the purse I purchased through you please send back the purse when receive if you not returning the money this was my second time purchasing whit posh you know the rules better than me I seen you sale lots of stuff you told me me to return the purse I want my money back I don’t care if posh said different you ask for the purse 👜 and it’s on the way I want my money back we are adults here we should act like it

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 I tried to resolve this through Poshmark. I thought you would go the route of asking for a return label and then shipping back once Poshmark provided it you. When you accepted the delivery, the funds were released. I emailed them about this case and asked what I should do, they said once the buyer has accepted the delivery there is no refund. I do sell a lot of things on Poshmark and I have NEVER taken a case into my own hands to try and resolve.

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 when I asked you to ship it back I thought you would go through the proper channels here on Poshmark and they would provide you with a label. I'm sorry you if you were out another $30 to ship it back to me. I will send you a personal check for $100 and call it done. That's the best I can do. My earnings from the sale were $101 after Posh fees. I have already spent too much time on this transaction corresponding with Poshmark and now this again.

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 I am NOT responsible for things buyers do! You accepted the delivery instead of filing a case to get this resolved through Poshmark. I said send the purse back because you were obviously not happy. There are steps to get your money back but you have to go through proper channels. I have been dealing with Poshmark over this transaction since earlier this week trying to resolve it.

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 I had hoped when I sent the case to Poshmark they would contact you and get the matter resolved but you sent the purse back on your own and were out the add'l $30. That is NOT my fault. They told me NO REFUND once you accepted delivery - PERIOD. Again, I don't make the rules. I will get the check in the mail to you when I get purse back.

msbillye61 @chanelluna2 I just received the purse. The box was beat up and mangled. The purse is OK but really didn't appreciate the way it was sent back to me. You did not include an address in the box? It has your name with the UPS store as the address in Stockton, CA. I no longer have your address as the label Poshmark provided to me was sent to you with the original shipment. How am I to get a check to you?
