drcull Hi Merrycelle--is there a way to message you directly without public format? I don't see how to do that on Poshmark. If you are okay with me giving you updates here, I can do that as well. Essentially the tracking shows the purse was "delivered" on 10/29 ( Thursday). I didn't stress the time frame as Chicago has had so many mail delays I figured it would arrive in a day or so. I was out of town Sat - Wed 11/4 and when we returned looked all around for package, at neighbor's house, outside, etc

drcull Yesterday I explored more with USPS and they indicated delivery was left "in or at mailbox" however we have a camera in our entryway and there was no such package delivered, which meant it was likely left on our front steps or delivered to wrong address. I am required to file a "help" report first and then after 7 business days can request an investigation. Can you help answer these questions so i can compete the help report? 1.
