shelleybrandes Hi Maricruz, I wanted to let you know that I have a shipping problem with the Vince Camuto boots you have bought from me..I took them to the Post Office today, and they want over $50 for postage. I will probably have to fold the boots in order to get the shipping cost down. I will also contact Poshmark and will keep you apprised as to what's happening. Sorry for any delay. Shelley

shelleybrandes Hi Maricruz, I'm so sorry this is dragging on. I have made 3 trips to the Post Office and written several emails to Poshmark. I've gotten it straightened out with the Post Office (supposedly) and am now waiting for a new label from Poshmark. The P.O. won't allow me to use a label with an old date. So, if they get the label to me today, I will ship today; if it's tomorrow, I'll ship tomorrow. Thanks for your patience. I've just about lost mine. Shelley

shelleybrandes Saturday 9/5/20 - Hi Maricruz, I have just this morning received a new label from Poshmark so I can finally ship your boots. It was a Post Office error in that the clerk did not remove the scan from their system when I declined paying $50+ for postage. Then, because it was showing up "in transit," Poshmark wouldn't issue a new label. Yesterday, on my 6th trip to the P.O., the clerk put it in as a mis-shipment and return to sender. It then appeared "delivered" even though it was a virtual deliver

shelleybrandes Poshmark could then see it was no longer in the system so they issued a new label. I'm disgusted that they wouldn't take my word for it, but what to do. Anyway, I hope these will turn out to be your favorite boots so that it will all be worth it. Happy walking! Shelley
