somerset_mills @amayamariee925 I am sorry to hear the phone case is broken. I checked the condition and functions of the phone case prior to shipping and it was fine. If there were any concerns with the product I would have noted in the description and pics. The case can be opened and both sides come together over the outside of the phone. If it was damaged in shipping or there were any issues with the item upon receipt I would have been able to work with you and PoshMark customer service team to resolve.

amayamariee925 @somerset_mills yes I just opened it yesterday and the spring that comes in the back along with the belt clip was not even attached to the phone case 😓
