Hey there Marie I didn’t know that she purchased a size 11 but I think it’s already sold I just checked in my store roomAnd I don’t see it if you would like to cancel your order or you can without a penalty to have an hour without getting charged on your card!I’m really sorry about this I did ship out the other pair for you today but the big sizes are almost all gone I think I have a size 12 for sure but not 11

Yes you have exactly 1 hour to cancel your item I would cancel it for you but I think it would be better if you did it so that you don’t get charged on your card and then they have to reimburse you if you just cancel it now you won’t have a problem having to wait to get credited back..
