wgao6506 @rea6727 I am sorry there is a defect, it is in original sealed package, I would not know because I never break the seal. I have several of this backpacks on hand, if you have open the package in time, and reach out to me, I would have no issue to replace this for you, even Poshmark will approve your return with a full refund. I understand there is virus, I just don’t understand why you made it sounds like I knew it is there and INTENTIONALLY didn’t tell you the flaw?

rea6727 @wgao6506 I didnt mean for it to sound like you intentionally sold me a defective backpack. I also didnt know that it was a sealed bag that hadn't been checked. i am sorry. I am fairly new to poshmark and was unaware of the 3 day window. this is the only backpack that my first baby daughter wanted for kindergarten.

deborah0310 hi. Thank you for your purchase. When I pulled the items to ship I could not find the purple sandwich keeper. I can send 2 pink ones or I have a blue one. I'm sorry for the mix up and can send an additional piece of Tupperware (soup mug) for the oversight. If this is not acceptable I understand. Just let me know what to do. Thank you.
