I'm not sure why you didn't contact me first about the earrings. they were not broke when I packaged them. so they obviously broke during shipment. if you are canceling sale, I'd appreciate my items being returned. I sold some very expensive Jewelry at a very cheap price. notifying me would of been appropriate. I would never sell broken/damaged items.

Honestly, I looked for a way to notify you but I couldn't find it. Then, I opened a case figuring they would notify you. All I know is that I never complain about anything and when I opened up the package one pair of earrings arrived clearly broken and another pair that was listed on your listing (blue rhinestone-looking studs) were not even included. Maybe they could have had more secure packing then tissue paper? just a thought. Its not worth the return shipping to return them
