Hi so sorry you were disappointed .I let you know the pull was missing..I had attached a lv lock as a pull and I attached it myself. I gave you a very low price and I sent you a message that I couldn't include the lock for that price...you can easily put a cute zipper pull or I will be more than happy to take it back ..I want my customers to be very satisfied and hopefully return...Please do what makes you feel good about the transaction..Thanks again and I aim to please.
