Hi Sue... I am new to selling, thank you for your return request. It’s new to me. I have some of my daughters ‘New’ returns from her AZ business and find the folks aren’t so truthful when returning her sold items. It was (supposedly), new, I was not aware it was defective, or worn 😕. I have never purchased one of these for myself. I have a lot to learn, and will be more careful in researching the items before listing.in the future. 😉

@sunnybluz thank you so much! I used to sell A LOT on eBay and know how easy it is to overlook something. I am new to buying on posh and didn’t want to ding you for something that was likely an honest mistake anyone could make ... i appreciate your honesty and ease in this return. I was out of town a couple of days - just printed off my return label and will drop it in the mail tomorrow morning ... thank you again for making it easy ;)
