tamaraskloset Hey Marie! The plates arrived and the second plate from the top was broken! You did such an amazing job packing them I just can believe it! Do you know if Poshmark has insurance for this type of issue! I wanted to reach out to you first! Otherwise I love them!

mariesteele @tamaraskloset Oh No!!! All that time & extra care I spent packing them up I can't believe it! I'm so sorry! This is heart breaking for me! I even asked the post office to put fragile on the box! You'll have to go under where the purchase is for the plates and click on problem/inquiry unfortunately. I'm really not sure what the policy is on breakage as I've never had this happen to me before on any site I've sold on. 🤦‍♀️😭

tamaraskloset @mariesteele I know! It’s not your fault! They were wrapped and packed excellently! Fortunately the tower I told you about only needs 3 plates but I was looking forward to having 4 for a small place setting. But at any rate don’t stress. Once I hear from Poshmark I’ll still rate you at 5 stars. I’m just curious if their contract with USPS covers any portion of it? I want you to get all your money for sure!
