chateaubungalow Ugh Marie, I am so sorry but when packing your brooks brothers sweater I noticed a hole that was not there when I photographed it. It was stored in an expensive climate controlled facility but this is the second sale I have had to refund from the same bag where something had gorren to a sweater. I am so upset. Of course if you are interested in making a small repair you can still have the sweater free of charge. In the meantime I am going to cancel the order. I am so sorry. Let me know. Best, C
