Hi Marie _ I texted w/a friend who is ballet trained. She said hamstring stretches are essential. Your daughter should keep up with her Barre warm-ups for that. also, it's important for young dancers to stretch the Achilles to avoid injury, especially in young girls. She recommended that you look up "static and dynamic stretches", and lastly, she said do not overdo the stretches - that can lead to injury - stretch enough to feel it, but do not force. Good luck!

Once you do this ,Poshmark will automatically pull ur photos and videos to a slide ahow . You dont have to do anything.
