pinktenaj I think you just don’t accept of course, and there’s a problem/inquiry s option. When you click on that it gives a option of received wrong order. They will send a shipping label to you

pinktenaj Hi Marie, I haven’t heard anything from customer service yet. From doing research it looks like they send each of you a shipping label and you just exchange packages. Hope it’s that simple😳. I thank you for your patience, and would like to get this resolved quickly. But here we are at Friday, I’ll keep you updated😁

pinktenaj Marie, I just got an email from Posh and they said they sent you an email with a new shipping label so you can send the jeans to the right buyer and she will send the sweatshirt to you. I understand this is my fault, and you shouldn’t have to do the work to make it right. Again I am so sorry for this mess, hope you will forgive my mistake🙏

pinktenaj Marie, other buyer with your sweatshirt has put it into the mail. Im wondering if you too received a shipping label? I know it’s inconvenient for you to have to rectify my error. I know this has been a terrible situation for you. Order a sweatshirt, get jeans. I’m so sorry about my error, and learned from this experience to pack one thing at a time.😬. If you would please let me know you got the new label I would very much appreciate it.

poutylips36 @pinktenaj I am so sorry... I've been sick and the last thing on my mind was "Poshing"! Yesterday,felt a bit human again and just started reading all the messages! The other customers package did come in and because I order here an there I just thought it was something I bought and set it aside! I apologize for the delay in responses but I received my sweatshirt yesterday and the pants will be going to the post office today!! As soon as I drop them off I will send you a message!

pinktenaj @poutylips36 So good to hear from you Marie! I’m glad you are feeling better. Posh has to go on the back burner when we are sick🤒. I am relieved this bad situation is turning out alright in the end. I am very lucky they have this procedure in place. I have learned to prepare one item, wrap, put in box, close it, put label on. Move to next item🙄😬😳. Again I’m so sorry for all the confusion and error on my part. I so appreciate you and Amy switching items, and your understanding🙏
