annl8 @truthseekah1987 I’m sorry I had to cancel your order. When I pulled the boots to package them up. The boots had a damaged to the leather. I didn’t want to ship the boots out because they were damaged. When I canceled the item. I marked them as damaged. The internet in the town that I live in has been having issues.

truthseekah1987 @annl8 There was no damage in any of the pictures which were very clear. If you would like to send me a picture to show me that would be great. I will amend my comment when that occurs, otherwise I assume you had sellers remorse which is wrong. Dealbreakers are frowned upon.

annl8 @truthseekah1987 I value my customers and I don’t want to send damaged items to them when the item doesn’t show any damage. I want to be a loyal seller to my customers. Someone they can trust when buying items from me. I have been fair in giving you back your money as any honest seller would do. I am will to give you a fair discount on any item in my closet due to this misunderstanding.

annl8 @truthseekah1987 When I got home from work. I was looking for the boots and I couldn’t find them. I ask my mother about the boots and she told me she throw them away. Since, I can’t provide proof of the damaged boots to you. I went out and bought a new pair of Brown Justin Roper boots and I will sell them to you for the same price as the damaged ones that I canceled. I am trying to resolve this issues.

truthseekah1987 @annl8 right..... that makes absolutely no sense. why in the world would anyone throw away boots that werent damaged. Even if they were there are people that fix shoes for a living called cobblers. come on just admit you backed out of the sale. your original pictures showed all sides of the boots with no damage. This will be my last comment. Im sure people understand what kind of seller you are by now.

jumpbigr Hi Marie My name is Craig Bernstein and I just received the Danner Boots in the mail and they look brand new and I will have to reposh them as they are so narrow and wish it was stated in the advertisement that they were extremely narrow. It’s just a bummer that it was not stated. I will give you a 5 star review because I’m not like that. I will keep looking for another pair of boots and will check your closet. annl8 @sandra007lewis I’m so sorry for that mistake. I believe poshmark has closed the involve. However, what we can do is if you post the ghost 13 shoes on your poshmark account and let me know. I will buy them back from you for the same price that you paid. So, that why we are able to go around the issue. I’m going to be very busy with work until Friday. I will be able to buy them back on Friday. Let me know if that sounds good.
