m_allemand @kassandracm Hello Kassandra, my package has been delivered to my old address and the person who is leaving there return it back to Poshmark. Will I get a refund? When Poshmark will receive my package, will it be possible to send me to my current address? (I will change my address for the current one)

kassandracm @m_allemand hi there, returns usually take about 7-10 business days minus the weekends to return to the original sender, then they should be able to send it with new labels to your current address (which would take another 7-10 business days). That is a good idea to keep your address up to date. In terms of refunds, it would be best to click on “Poshmark Support Center” scroll all the way to the bottom and click “Contact Poshmark Support”. This way they will be able to help you further.
