I want to sincerely apologize for the delay in shipping your two products!!! I worked on my nephews baby shower until Sunday and then dad had printed labels, mom accidentally threw them away when I went to ship yesterday and no labels. So dad is printing new ones and I'll have those at noon in time to ship tmrw! Sooo sorry!!!

There was nothing wrong with the hat I sent you. It was in like new condition, cleaned before sale, and I even wrapped it and sent you a thank you and a gift included. You will not be permitted to purchase from me again, for a low rating without specification as to the problem (when there were none; I do not sell garbage).

Hi Marilyn...I have a little problem with the guess jacket u purchased from my closet..while I was packing it i realized that one of the front closures is ripped and one is missing the eye ..(eye and hook closure ) both could be easily fixed ...I am really sorry.. if u chose to cancel the sale I will understand ..😔😔

@marilyn3 hi because this item shoes delivered tracking number is no longer visable.i don't even have access to your full name and address so without all of these I can't do anything .I did contact poshmark support but could take until tomorrow to get an answer

@lizpink13 I got ahold of posh they said it will take a couple of days. I have never had a package not delivered but the last 2 were some how lost so I have contacted postal and posh.

@marilyn3 I understand your frustration I honestly do and I have made at least 3 to 4 emails to posh on your behalf and I have reached out to you multiple times. I would have been more then happy to compensate you if this was not resolved but you never gave me a chance.i thought we were working together here and now you left me this very undeserved rating the mail service did this not me

@marilyn3 also I have been selling on posh for 1 and a half years and have never had a package of mine ever lost coming or going but I don't deliver the mail.i only ship it.i just want you to understand the blame should be with usps

@lizpink13 I have never had a problem with delivery but I’m still trying to locate it and I have been with posh since 2015 But now scared to do anything with it. Do to the fact I paying for something I don’t have. I know it’s not your problem but I’m still trying to resolve it. But was told it’s going to take some time.

Hi marilyn. Ty for your purchase. I would have sent it out today but my printer is not working so I haven't been able to print the shipping label. I can do it at work on Monday and will get it to the post office when I get off at 5 p.m. just to give you an idea of when you will receive it. I' do apologize for the delay.
