marilynusa @christie2421 Christie, I was packing your pajamas and I noticed that one of them is damaged--the soft turquoise one. I can mail the others and you can pay $8.00 less which is 1/5 of your payment. Would that work for you? I am not sure if this is how you do it since I have never had anything damaged before....

angelica9654 Hi Marilyn, I love your listings. I recently made an offer of $20 for a blue/grey Ann Taylor scarf. It appeared that you countered with $21. (It's the same scarf you sold for $18 in Dec.), when I went to accept your counter it charged me the full $27. I'm new to posh mark so it's possible I made a mistake. I can't find any record of our posts. My Bank already paid full amount. Any suggestions?

marilynusa @angelica9654 i am not sure what happened. You may want to call poshmark and tell them what the problem is. Can you ask for a cancellation? You can send me an offer after that again ....

marilynusa @angelica9654 I just wrote to Poshmark support. Here is what I told them. She hope they resolve this shortly. @angelica 9654 purchased a scarf from me and she says you charged her too much. I went ahead and mailed it to her. Please make sure the transaction is correct and that she is contacted once this is resolved. Thank you.

Please note, once an order has been shipped, we can not assist in cancelling or altering the order. I have asked if I can still credit your account for the difference. I am awaiting their response.
