Hi. I am selling this Coach bag for a friend whose hubby just got diagnosed with Cancer. They had to pack quickly to get closer to his care facility. I didn’t know had shoulder strap. I asked her.... she said she doesn’t know where it is??? I didn’t notice in research I did on bag either? Sooo sorry about that. I will decline offer.
