theeclecticeye @ledallm Hi! If you buy from someone, unless you ask them specifically on the listing, you might not know that they received your order until it is mailed & scanned in to the USPS tracking system. However, each Posher has different ways of handling communication- for example, when I ship something out I will direct share a sign to the dressing room of the person that says “your package has been dropped off at the post office”. theeclecticeye Posh recommends mailing within 2 business days but if you’re looking to know for certain if your order was received, asking / commenting on the listing would be a way that your seller would be able to respond to. (Cont)

theeclecticeye @ledallm It is set up to default that the Buyer pays shipping, & bear in mind shipping only covers up to 5pounds so if you sell a large bundle or heavy coats - *you* will have to pay for the additional postage cost. If you anticipate heavy items, definitely read the Posh FAQ’s about shipping costs. (The FAQs are actually very helpful for general information) (Cont)

theeclecticeye @ledallm If someone sends you an offer, you can as a seller offer “discounted” shipping as a part of your counteroffer - again, if you offer a shipping discount, that part of the shipping cost comes out of your profit so just bear that in mind. Hope this is more helpful than confusing - basically, shipping is paid by the Buyer in general.
