manessrn I am replying to your 1 star rating of the brown heels. You did not ask any questions about the shoes. I wear a size 10 normally but had to go up to the 11 because they were tight in a 10. I see you also gave another person a low rating on a pair of shoes you purchased stating they were too big. Maybe ask more questions before you buy shoes since your foot apparently isn’t a normal size 11.

marielynnjames Please read descriptions and the actual name of the item before you buy things. You just gave my brand new,still in the original bag from my wholesaler, perfect condition cardigan a two star rating because it was long? It literally has the word “long” in its name. You also said it was thinner, there is numerous photos you could of looked at to see it was a light weight cardigan. Ratings are not for this purpose, they are for defective or misrepresentation of an item.
