Hi Marilyn...This is Kelly and you purchased the white long sleeve hand painted flower item from my closet.
You should LOVE it, it is beautiful and unique. Unfortunately, I sent you the wrong item and need to ask you to send it back to me. I am trusting you will agree to do this so I can send it to the person who did purchase that sweater. I will send you money for shipping it back to me so I can send it on. @dldkdittberner Hi Kelly. I'd be happy to send the wrong one back under normal circumstances, but, being 82 and in the high risk category for COVID, I can't go in to the PO or ship it places. Could you send me a UPS pickup request, or I may be able to do so here. I owned, for over 20 years, a mail order business, so know that stuff happens. Have you sent my top out yet or did you switch deliveries?

@mskspeech I thankfully did not send yours out. It is shipping today. I will check with the post office to see how I can get them to pick that up. My precious Mom is gone but my Aunts her sisters are 80, 83 and 85. Can I save you a trip and send anything else you may need from anywhere...we need to help our seniors during this time?

Hi Again. Just talked to Post Office, you need to NOT accept this first box as it is the wrong item and ask the mailman to return to sender or write it on the box and give back to your mailman. The correct box will be received 2-3 days later. Is that acceptable to you?

@dldkdittberner works for me, if you put a note on the box with my order I'll not open the wrong package. Thanks for the offer to get something...our kids are in Ohio, MA and Colorado...but we just got back from picking up the groceries we bought online. Florida is VERY age friendly.

Sounds like a plan. I will mail out your box tomorrow and write on it in my personal handwriting. The wrong one being sent to you will come first and was printed off the computer. no personal handwriting. Just refuse that and give back to your mailman to return to sender. You will get another message from me tomorrow as to when the post office feels you will receive the correct item. Thank you for understanding and your patience!

I probably won't be home when the mail truck comes, but I'll leave the package in the mailbox with the notation to return to sender on the next day. "Stuff" happens, I know. I'm looking forward to receiving the shirt. As I said, I have other shirts from her; they wear like iron, keep their shape, and always look good. If you should ever want a special design ( I have had her make me a sailboat shirt), she can do it for an added price. Take a look at her webpage...you'll drool.

Hi, The package was left in my mailbox this afternoon. I assume it's the wrong item do you have a tracking number to verify that it's not my shirt and not the wrong one. This one is a bunch of numbers starting with 9405 and ending with 9 0540 82. Will drop it off at a mailbox tomorrow (if we go out) or Monday.
