janiespirit Marilyn if you were tracking the delivery you would have seen USPS said it was delivered on August 14. Why would you give me a one star rating and say I could improve when clearly it wasn't my fault!

jamm4l @janiespirit No way to know who’s fault it was….but could not give a five star rating to something I did not receive. Poshmark kept asking for ratings. I didn’t blame anyone. Merely said did not receive this item.

jamm4l @janiespirit Learned important lesson…don’t mess with Janie. Kinda harsh responses to potential customer. Always be professional and remember that customer is always right. There are always two ways to make a statement or to ask a question.

You could have researched with USPS before you gave me that " harsh" rating. I'm happy this was resolved to your benefit. have a nice day!
