@mnakashima I did cancel your purchase, on main order page and I had a message right away from poshmark to let my buyer now, so I message to you right away,
But for some reason I had a message from poshmark today, Requesting To send your order, So I went back to the order page and re cancel the order. In my understanding once your order is cancelled through a seller the buyer get a message from poshmark and has to follow the procedure to complete the cancellation process.

@mnakashima If it's not completed at your end I think I'll keep on receiving messages from poshmark.
Please check your mailbox or the apps itself if you have any message from poshmark regarding of the order cancellation. Poshmark still have your money and they should refunded it back to you. Apologise for any inconvenience

@missfoxyluxe I have not received any notifications from Poshmark that says the order is canceled. I messaged customer support today and they said the order has not been canceled at the the seller's end. Maybe you should ask customer support what to do, there is nothing i can do at my end right now.

@mnakashima Just contact them n' explained everything ... they've responded with a notification indicating that they will reach back less than 24 hours. Let's just wait and give it that required time, as I explained I've also recancelled the order again today so hopefully we'll get an answer.

@mnakashima by the way buyer is also able to cancel the sale if the item is not ship within a couple days. Please check options in your app or under the ordered page.
