trashy_lassie Hello, I’m so sorry to hear the shoes are to big! With how Poshmark is set up we are not able as sellers to do a refund/exchange using their app. You can contact them and open a claim, I will let them know I’m ok with whatever they want to do and will comply. Go to support area of the app. Let me know if you have any problems but you should be in good hands. They work really well for both buyers & sellers. 😉
