I’m sorry you were disappointed with the lunya pants. I literally never wore them and i smelled nothing when sending. I would have been happy to accept a return but you already accepted. I would prefer/accept a return over a terrible rating. Sorry again.

Thank you for a fast response. I frankly didn’t know how to send you a message through that site and had decided to wash them once and then once again. The smell is almost of some moth preventative treatment. It was quite intense but has subsided some after a couple washings. I just wouldn’t have paid more than 20$ for them the way they have arrived and it wasn’t worth my time monkeying with trying to return them..

Poshmark close the case and took the 20 percent from the orig price. I am willing to credit you back 50 bc like i said when i shipped it it was fine. and i bought it from poshmark site too.

@tayymonahan this is frankly hideous. I have now waited for over a week while you were telling me that you are trying to figure it out. I am practically sitting on a defective item, while waiting for you to fix the problem and now I am the one that is suppose to pay 25$ from our agreed upon refund, when your whole fee for selling the shrunk misshapened wrap was 30$?!? We have agreed upon 75$ credit and if that is not anything that you are willing to honor, I don’t want to deal with it

@lo799 I have been very communicative with you the entire time. And yes we did agree - but that didnt mean i have to pay the extra 20% on top of that to poshmark - that would be even less for me as i paid for over 150 for this wrap. I emailed them and they said they were looking into it. I didn't tell them to close the case but they did. Now I contacted you outside to offer you the 50$ because they took $30. but if you want to contact poshmark - then go right away.

@lo799 first of all - the entire case is not even there - so no i don't have your number. and no i do not want to talk in person - this is the only platform I will talk in. I do not want to provide my personal information. i offered the $50 and you do not want it as per your message above. so please contact poshmark to solve this case.thank you.

so if you want a refund or wahtever, you can contact poshmark then. They are the ones who close the case for a reason.

@lo799 and i did contact them. I said for them to either do a partial refund or decrease the price based on our conversation. I ddin't say anything else. They replied they're still looking into it. And then they clsoed it. So NOT MY FAULT.

I have never been exposed to somebody who is trying to make their problem somehow my problem only after you have made concrete problems to resolve it.
