ericab9103 Good Morning, so i received a message form PMHQ that the watch had some undisclosed damage which is that the watch clasp does not close. Are you willing to discount somewhat less than i paid for it since i will need to have also this replaced as well now?

I don’t want to cancel but I also just want to understand from Poshmark what happened and or find out more details about the process and how to have this remedied. ericab9103 @marinexisv Good afternoon. And yes I got it. I am trying to get in contact with my jeweler to see if he knows why it won’t close but if you sent it in good condition than Poshmark while authenticating it definitely broke the clasp. Either way if they broke it then THEY should give some type of discount given but other than that I love the watch so I’ll keep you updated. But thank you for checking on it
