shaundaleef Hi Mario. I purchased the yellow Adidas sneakers from you, however, I did not receive them. The USPS delivery person left it in the lobby of my building and someone took it. I wanted to file a claim with USPS but saw I needed to wait 7 days. Now that I'm trying to file the claim it appears that the sender is supposed to do so. This is my first time purchasing from Poshmark. What is the process if you do not receive your item. Thank you.
