Hi ma’am, I’m sorry your not happy with your shoes, I seen your two star rating regarding them not being genuine leather. But I just wanted to encourage you to read descriptions carefully. I trust you probably missed it, but nowhere in my listing does it say it’s genuine leather. I’m truly Sorry your experience wasn’t a pleasant one with me. Best wishes❤️

Hi Nan, if you could be more specific about your 3 star review on your Nine West Heels, it would be helpful as a seller. Your only comment was "rich color" which being red, they are, as shown in the pictures. The inside heel also describes them as leather if that is an issue (only bc I see that comment above). The shoes were in amazing, if not better than shown and described and a 3 star rating does not help my business when I feel it is not warranted. Thank you.
