dfox32147 Hi This is my 1st time ordering on here so honestly I'm not sure how it works. I bought the insulated bag 2 days ago but I haven't received any kind of confirmation. Postmark shows me not buying anything but bag is marked sold and I was charged. So I'm checking the starus.
