cassigraf Do you have any one piece swimsuits for swim practices, and I have a swim related question but do you wear your suits under clothes while driving to your meets or practices eliminating having to change, just jump into warmups, just curious what other swimmers do and if it works.

themarisawhite @cassigraf Yes I do! I can put more in my closet if you'd like. Before going to a practice or meet I put on my suit at home and wear it there under some clothes. Especially because of coronavirus that's what I would recommend doing so you don't have to change at the location.

cassigraf @themarisawhite oh ok, I just started swimming so want to know what other swimmers do for there routines and what works, do you normally just drive back home in the suit after practice or meets and change/shower once there making it easier how do you prevent the car seats from getting wet too.

themarisawhite @cassigraf I feel honored you're asking me! I've been swimming for about 5 years and I normally wear my suit home from practice. It also just depends on your preference. At meets, most people usually change out of their suits after they're done their events. If you wear it home, like I do sometimes, just wrap a towel around yourself or dry off with it and put some clothes on top.

cassigraf @themarisawhite Isn’t it uncomfortable though after awhile or just don’t even really notice when your driving in a suit I haven’t figured out what works best for me routine wise, like tie backs for instance sometimes you’re like leaning on the knot and that kind of hurts after a while but with other brand suits i mean it’s like fine, if I had to wear one in the car like I wouldn’t mind it I just don’t know what’s easier I hate dealing with locker rooms because there disgusting sometimes

themarisawhite @cassigraf No yeah, I dont like using locker rooms all that much. Tie backs can be very annoying but I actually recently started tying them in the front if you want to try that. That way if you're working out afterwards or driving it doesnt bother you. But if you feel uncomfortable and dont want to change, you can try bringing a sweatshirt and just pulling off the straps underneath. That way it's off your shoulders and back.
