marissabergado @rmfromme Hi 👋 Marisol. I really have been following up with Posh about this to resolve it but they’re just ignoring all my messages! SO SORRY 😢 about this! I’ll keep you posted if they reply back to me but so far nothing. I’m sure you’re as frustrated 😩 as myself. 🌺🌺🌺🌺🌺 They told me to reply back on 2/7 and usually it’s resolved within a few days but either they’re very busy or will make us wait until next week to resolve. Either way, I’ve told them they should not make customers wait.
