polycoach Hi Marissa, I purchased some X-Small Novella Royale Pants from you. The pants I received appear to have been altered and they are too short. Every other pair of Novella Royale Pants I have purchased (size x-small) have been a lot longer in length. There was no indication in the item description of the length of the pants. The photo used to advertise the pants clearly shows longer length. I am requesting a full refund plus shipping. Please respond to this message. Thank you!

polycoach @mgallant508 I hear you and I don't see that in the description. Please send that to me or a screen shot. Also, there's no indication of length in the description and the photo clearly does not match the item. With the tags still on, one would think they would be close to the original purchase.

mgallant508 @polycoach it says right in the description that they have been professionally hemmed to a 26” inseam. The stock picture is of the actual item just without having been altered but if you read the description I definitely state those alterations. You can open a case with posh support if you’d like.
