gjjones Hi! I can't figure out how to contact you any other way (I'm new here) but I wanted to let you know my husband was able to fix the swan earring! So I'm going to keep them! 😊 I didn't see any way to reach out to the claims center to let them know, but if they are holding the money or anything for the purchase let me know and I will contact whoever needs to be contacted! marmalootsuit @gjjones haha I still have trouble navigating this site myself! I'm so happy you were able to fix the earrings. I believe you will have to contact poshmark and reference your case number and let them know you are keeping the earrings so that they will release payment. I'll look in to it some more myself when I am able to get to my computer :)
