lisaprasch @rosenberg1422 It helped me remember that were all different in our likes & dislikes. I have always included a little something extra, no matter how small, and a thank you note even if I only earn .05 on an order. I truly do want my customers to know that, no matter the monetary value their package is just as important as all the others. Again, I sincerely apologize and appreciate the feedback.
