jhailynn I guess you’re just going to keep my stuff. That’s fine. I believe in Karma. You know this isn’t right. You didn’t pay for it. But I guess I will since it was my mix up. If you decide to do the right thing I’d be more then happy to send you a return label with the purchase you actually did pay for. Thanks for helping me out.

ma03412 @jhailynn I want a return label with MY correct purchase. I really don't appreciate how rude you're being when YOU sent me the wrong product and I didn't receive what I PAID for. You really should be more polite to your customers so they don't leave rude reviews when you send them the wrong product. I was out of town on vacation and had not even opened the package until I was home today. But I want my return label with my correct purchase ASAP. I'm also going to contact Poshmark.

jhailynn @ma03412 you can contact posh to open a case that you received the wrong items. Again I apologize if I came off rude. The level of stress was a lot. I don’t know you and for all I knew you could have just keep the stuff my brain was going. So I apologize. So yes please contact posh so they can send you a return label.

jhailynn @ma03412 you can open a case by clicking on the order. I can’t replace the sweater since it was the last one I had and I sent it on accident to you. But the shoes I can replace. I’m not trying to be a pest I just need the sweater at the very least. 😩

ma03412 @jhailynn I only received shoes, no sweater.. I've clicked on the order multiple times and there is no option to open a case because of how many days have passed. Once again, you only sent me boots, not the sandals I ordered. and I did not receive a sweater so you must have sent that to someone else. I really want the sandals I ordered.

ma03412 @jhailynn You are ridiculous.. I live in Georgia in 100 degree weather I have no use for a sweater. You made the mistake of sending your customers the wrong order now i'm left with a pair of boots I do not want. Why would I send the boots back without receiving a refund or the initial product I ordered at MY OWN EXPENSE?

ma03412 @jhailynn I sent Poshmark and email with the pictures of the products I received in the original packaging. You are extremely rude and are trying to put the blame on your customer for a mistake you made when you should have offered me my shoes and a refund. Had you done so I would have mailed back the boots but I am not paying out of my own pocket to mail anything back when I had not received a refund or my shoes I ordered.

ma03412 @jhailynn I did my part by emailing poshmark pictures twice. You should implement better business practices considering you sent someone else my sandals, I received someones boots, and you sent a sweater to God knows where. You also should have some compliance training since you don't know how to speak to customers. Good luck operating a business with that kind of horrible attitude

You’re worth this discussion anyways PLUS posh already told me the can’t do anything about it because you are a liar and a theft and you didn’t contact them. They already about this problem but they CANT FORCE you to return my stuff even with evidence it baffles me the length of your ignorance and you’re speaking to me as if you know. Then you sent you're paying customer nasty messages before apologizing for your mistake or offering a refund or the original product that I paid for.
