sallyenayat Hi :) wanted to know the reason for the 4 star rating to see if something could be done? I bought the dress for $1,100, only wore it once, and only made $250 in my transaction with you in hopes that the person the dress goes to would be happy!

marissawilkin @sallyenayat Thank u for reaching out. I'm new here, hoping that rating doesn't hurt? I gave 4 stars because a lot of the beading is loose and falling off, just as I unpacked the dress. I was bummed that it will need to repaired. Even with that issue, the dress is worth far more than you sold it for! it is gorgeous, just not perfect condition. These dresses are delicate and I am sure it is normal wear/ tear. :)
