lululovin Hi there. Posh is very much aware of the amount of Counterfeit lash boost is being sold. If this posher doesn’t cancel your order, open a case when you get it. These posters have been scamming people for months. There’s some posh mark accounts that have made closer pages showing how to tell the difference once you get the product.

lululovin @mdeanfarrell Ya they’re pretty good about it. They’ll look into it and then hopefully return your credits back into your account. These scammers make me so mad so I try to let others know.

mdeanfarrell @lululovin well thank you. I really appreciate it. Luckily it wasn’t a large amount of money but still! I’d like my money back. I reported and sent to emails. I’m now blocked from the sellers page , I can’t see it or comment.

lululovin @mdeanfarrell They blocked me too but I can see they relisted 2 more listings. You should have no problem getting refunded. Go into to your purchase items and see if it’s still active or if they cancelled the order.

lululovin @mdeanfarrell Ok...click on your purchased order, click on the link at the bottom that says something like “order inquire/problem”, on the next page click on the bottom selection (I think it says contact posh) and you will be directed to a page where you can send a message to posh. Make sure you let them know you where blocked from the sellers page as soon as it was questioned about authenticity.

mdeanfarrell @lululovin I did. I sent an additional email explaining that. Hopefully I get a response tomorrow to correct this. I was blocked and nothing was cancelled. How awful. Lesson learned.

lululovin @mdeanfarrell Good luck! Just keep in mind, If it’s an item in a closet full of random clothes, etc... I don’t question it much but when it’s multiple listings of the same item and it’s a crazy good deal... question it. It’s people like that, that ruin what posh is all about.
