bella_margarita Hi Marissa! According to the USPS tracking, the coat was delivered to you on 9/13. If you never received it, you need to contact customer service. You giving me a one star rating is not fair to me because I'm not responsible for USPS shipping. I did everything on my end.

headturner07 @marissaobrown hi! It seems USPS attempted to deliver the item but no one was there to receive it so it needs to be picked up at your local Post office. I may be able to reschedule the delivery if needed, please let me know if you’re already on top of this.
