rosegoldcoast I'm not sure why you once again changed the rating of the dress from 5 stars to 1 star when I offered to give your money back AND you can keep the dress. I am not ignoring the issue, I told you I would accept return and give you the money back, and I explained to you how to do it in detail. I am literally doing everything I can to completely fix the issue for you.

rosegoldcoast @marymar08062010 the return can only be done through poshmark. You have to file a claim for a damaged item through the app, I then am able to accept the return, and you get your money back. Since this item was sold on the Poshmark app, the only way I am able to give back your money is by YOU requesting a return. I hope that explains it well enough?
