tea_4me Hi! I’m super new to posh mark. I bought a halo and fall from you that I was really excited about. I just looked closer though and saw that while it was marked 1b, the halo is actually a 1!! Is there any way I could cancel? That’s just too dark for me. I’m so sorry for the trouble!!! I tried to find a way to message you but couldn’t figure it out.

pureglam @tea_4me hi - unfortunately I cannot cancel but I do have another halo - 20” layered in 1B - I will substitute it instead of the color 1 halo - I can make a listing for you to see exactly what it looks like I was originally going to keep the 1B for myself but my hair is actually black so I’ll gladly keep the 22” for myself and include the 1B in your shipment with the fall

tea_4me @pureglam the layered halo doesn’t come in 20 inches—not from halo couture. This makes me a little concerned that these aren’t actually legitimate. I really was looking for a 1b layered in a 22–which is why I bought this believing it to be that. From halo couture.

pureglam @tea_4me - they’re obviously genuine halo the boxes are pictured. And they DO make it in 20” - I own it - I measured it - I have the box for it. Make up whatever excuse you want to back out of the sale - I don’t want to sell to you - you should never question another poshers integrity - I’ll cancel the order please don’t buy from me -I hope that you don’t insinuate these kinds of things to other honest poshers
