I’m not able to comment on the one star review you left me for the Betsy Johnson watermelon necklace that arrived tangled. It was not tangled at all when I sent it and I placed it in a box. I guess next time I mail someone a necklace I will package it differently and wrap it around something and tape it, I didn’t imagine that would happen. I have contacted Poshmark to give you a refund. You can just throw it away.

Sorry the ring wasn’t to your satisfaction. I purchased the ring and never worn it. Ring wasn’t broken the day I received it, otherwise I would have returned it myself. But I will take your word. Could have gotten broken with mail shipping because I would never send someone a broken item. Please return the ring. I would be more than happy to issue a refund.

Hi Marjean, just saw your comment on the bracelets. You should absolutely report this to Poshmark. If the package is damaged and the item is missing usps is responsible and Poshmark has policies to handle this. I went through the shipment tracker and it was scanned by usps on 9/22 and delivered 9/25. I also reported this to Poshmark. Hope they find them.
