maguil333 I never want to see an item arrive broken. You lose the money and me the item. But it is glass. I told Poshmark to advise you glass sellers..the best success in receiving glass unbroken it to wrap wrap wrap it like a cocoon. stuffing inside items helps, not the avons vase though, too small. Bless your heart and thank you for your note. The good thing is I was able to find another one. Im really sorry you lost the sale I totally accept your apology. Best to you. marjorie

marciamikles @maguil333 Thank you! I have since started using new packing rules. Shouldn’t have this happen again. My new tip is crazy but effective. I use the spray foam (like Big Stuff), wrap the pieces in bubble wrap, put each in a sealable plastic bag and fill all the voids with the expandable spray foam. Start with a layer of foam as bedding and work from there! It adds a little cost and effort, but worth it. A real boon for sending large items. Have a great week!
