msevamor Hello Marjory! I wanted to let you know that I did ship your package out through my post office on March 25th, the day after your purchase. I’m not sure why it has not started tracking yet but I will visit the post office on Monday to find out what the hold up is. I will be sure to touch base with you Monday.

msevamor Hello, I’m wondering if you ever received your package. I shipped it out through my local post office on the 26th and tracking and the post office say it is showing that it was never scanned. I was directed to the main post office and they said to contact Claims. The postal worker said that she experienced a delay in a package before and even though somehow the system showed it never scanned she ended up receiving it in the mail.
