You bought my Dollhouse Spyglass Black Velvet Stiletto Bootie shoes on Friday, Nov. 18 and I shipped them out that following Monday, Nov. 21. They show not delivered as of today (Dec. 4) with the last tracking information showing "Notice Left, November 25, 2016, 10:26 am, ONSTED, MI, 49265". Do you need to pick them up from the post office or something? I just want to make sure they are not lost. Thanks, Lori
