Hi Mark, thank you very much for purchasing the Herschel duffle from me. I’m very happy someone will get the used out of it. It’s a good bag. Just thought I should let you know, the original shoulder strap’s buckles were plastic and it makes squeaking noise, so we have replaced it with a metal buckles one which also has a shoulder pad. More comfortable and no noise. Hope that’s okay.
