mdh0017 @possy916 The whole motto of Poshmark is to follow as many people as you can and to share other people’s items, in hopes that they will share yours. It can take a while to make a sale. The more followers you have and the more people that share your items, allows others to see what you have to offer. Which in return will increase your chances to sale an item. Just keep sharing and following others and sharing their things, and you will most likely make a sale in no time.

possy916 @srdsells I just don't know what to do I spent $250 on those shoes I've got no reply from the seller at all no comments I got an email from Posh support not really helping me at all I called the number and they said we don't accept phone calls just leave an email

srdsells @possy916 click on the “about “ icon of the seller’s page . He hasn’t been on the site since May 31 . This seller probably doesn’t realize they even made a sale. Definitely contact your bank . Also email Poshmark again with a screenshot of their lack of contact w the app. The “about page” is your proof

srdsells @possy916 absolutely. Just file a fraud claim w your bank. They should refund your card with a temporary credit and contact Poshmark. Then Poshmark will respond and release any funds. This is in the buyers agreement, which promises a money back guarantee.

possy916 @srdsells I got an email saying that they they refund me my money but it takes up to 10 days once it gets 2 my bank and I'm like no my bank gives it to me that day so what's your guys's lag but at least it's coming back
