rcsodak @lisajuly1 You can contact Poshmark Support with: Your order number Clear photos of the problem with the item Details explaining why the item is. If you waited too long Idk , you have the photos same shoes. I never heard of Keen having fake shoes, especially of lower end products. I got them 2nd hand, and I don't have the box. If they didn't fit you have to re-Posh or open a claim and let Poshmark decide.I get my higher end shoes verified,but these arenlt in that category.
