I thought I put it in in time for them to take it, but the mail must have come earlier than usual with the holidays. You should absolutely get a tracking email today though, there’s no way it won’t be scanned today! It’ll definitely be there by Christmas!

I Have a lot of 5 Star ratings with Kind comments. I recently had someone buy a ring from me and I packaged it up and Shipped it out the next day. Buyer is saying she didn’t receive the item but accepted it.

I sent Poshmark an email and explained everything. Does this happen a lot on here? Buyers stating they didn’t receive their item when tracking says it’s delivered? The one star rating she gave me sure didn’t help my ratings as a posh ambassador...she told me she was new to Poshmark. Any suggestions?!? 🌹

Honestly, low ratings are going to happen, unfortunately, some people are just like that. First off, if she didn’t receive the package, she shouldn’t have accepted it. Have you tried nicely reaching out to her to let her know she can let POSHMARK know if she didn’t receive it, even tho USPS says delivered?

martinigirl27 @leilaniknight POSHMARK will always protect the buyer & the seller in those situations, as we use priority shipping which carries insurance. Also, one bad rating isn’t going to hurt your chances of becoming an Ambassador. In the large scheme of things, once you have enough good ratings, it won’t make a difference. I don’t have a perfect 5 star rating either.

martinigirl27 @leilaniknight in my personal experience, low ballers tend to leave bad ratings, so I try to avoid any dealings with them. You don’t want your items going to someone who isn’t going to appreciate them anyway! Keep up the good work!

I personally had an item I ordered show delivered & I didn’t receive it for days after...just this week I had something arrive at the destination post office, then say “return to sender”& 1 week later I get my shipping label in an envelope, so it came off the package, which is now lost. My buyer isn’t very happy w/ me either, but what can we do?

Because it wasn’t mine. I contacted Poshmark and they resolved it. I shipped it to the rightful owner. I need to learn not to take things personally lol. The way I used to do it is I mark the item not for sale and communicate with the buyer to let me know when they are ready to purchase and At that time I mark item as for sale again and they purchase (I didn’t do holds anymore but when I used to)

(Don’t forget to share to parties) and Share other Poshers Closets (they will usually share back and that puts your listings in front of their followers) I hope that helps, that’s what I do. You can look up the list here on the app. But all clothes, jewelry, shoes and bags are allowed even if they aren’t designer ❤️

leilaniknight @kroy4791 Hi there!! Welcome to Poshmark! I don’t mind at all. I’m here to help. It’s the order that you share. When you share or edit a listing, it puts it at the top of your closet. (It won’t show at the top until go go out of your closet page and go back in, but to everyone else, it’s at the top) I start at the bottom of my closet and share up. This keeps it in the order I want. I hope this makes sense.

(If you have a big closet, and you’re in the middle of sharing, it can get confusing because the last items you shared will be at the top. You will have to scroll down to find your place! ❤️

When you get to the “sold” listing, skip over it and continue sharing to put them in order. It will put your “sold” listing at the bottom and out of the way. (Anything you don’t share will move to the bottom)

leilaniknight @ferny24hr Hi there. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU REMOVE THE SMALL PLASTIC CLIP!! The hands spin freely with it still in place. I videotaped the packaging of this watch. I do that to protect myself and the buyer. I turn the watch on and videotape it running along with the shipping label right before I package it. The watch was in perfect condition when I shipped it.
