marcarpan So your bundle was canceled, but I do t see a new bundle created. I was trying to see if I could make a private offer to you, which I can’t so, I don’t know what to tell you at this point. If you wouldn’t mind, try again. I know you have to go in and create a bundle and then go back to my closet and choose the next sketch n and click the add to the bundle button. Hopefully that will work.

marcarpan @euye544 I'm so sorry to hear that. I've shipped several pieces of pottery and none have broken in transit. I was under the impression that the priority shipping (which is the shipping method used) included $50 insurance. I will check with Poshmark. Please keep the box and plate pieces to show USPS if needed. I will get back to you ASAP.

marcarpan @euye544 Hi, so I found this on the USPS site- Priority Mail will provide day-specific delivery information and include insurance (loss, damage, or missing contents) at no additional cost to the customer. The amount of insurance automatically included may be $50 or $100, depending on the postage payment method. You may need to take it to the Post Office & ask about making an insurance claim. I think the label on the box will give them all the info they need. I also have the receipt if needed.

marcarpan @euye544 Good Morning Robert, I was unable to find the receipt in my office. I can get a copy from the post office. I will proceed with making the claim to USPS, as the sender. Once Poshmark releases the charge to your credit card, and if you're still interested, I can send you another plate. Though you'll need to purchase it at the original price since I sent the rebate. Sorry for the inconvenience.
