mthieler @carolynstaehle Hi Carolyn, I apologize. I need to issue a refund to you. I was just about to package and send and had a mishap. Bottom line: there was an accident and the confetti got wet. I did not make them, so I cannot replace it: most sincere apologies. If there is anything I can send you from my shop under $20, free of charge to make up for the inconvenience, please let me know.
